At Vic Falls Nature Delight, we strive to deliver exceptional travel experiences. Due to the nature of travel services, our refund policy is structured as follows:
1. Cancellations by Customer
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund (minus processing/administration fees).
- 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain bookings are non-refundable, including:
- Flights and third-party tickets
- Last-minute bookings
- Promotional or discounted packages (unless stated otherwise)
3. Changes & Rescheduling
- Date changes are allowed subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- Additional costs may apply if prices differ.
4. Cancellations by Company
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, or operational issues), customers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative date or equivalent service
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
6. Late Arrivals / No-Shows
- No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival or failure to attend.
