At Vic Falls Nature Delight, we strive to deliver exceptional travel experiences. Due to the nature of travel services, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Cancellations by Customer

  • 30+ days before travel: Full refund (minus processing/administration fees).
  • 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings are non-refundable, including:

  • Flights and third-party tickets
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Promotional or discounted packages (unless stated otherwise)

3. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date changes are allowed subject to availability.
  • Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • Additional costs may apply if prices differ.

4. Cancellations by Company

If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, or operational issues), customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative date or equivalent service

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

6. Late Arrivals / No-Shows

  • No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrival or failure to attend.
